Excellent customer service, including to free users

  • Edit: The problem which initially inspired my poor review was resolved quickly and professionally.

    There is a reason this is one of the most popular minimalist themes available for WordPress, and excellent customer service is one of them. I expect to be purchasing the most deluxe license available for this theme for my personal and contracting use before the June, 2017 sale event expires.

    Yes I fully agree and understand your frustration.

    I’m really concerned by this problem, it is the first time that someone reports it. Can you help us fixing it by sharing some of your system informations? You will find them under appearance > themes > about Customizr.

    It would also be useful to know if the problem persists when you deactivate your plugins ( usual debug process ), to see if there’s one / several plugins in conflict with the theme.

    @josephdcarriveau we have found the source of the problem. It is actually a very basic php error that went through our tests !
    Our test workflow is currently being reinforced to avoid this problem in future releases.

    This is excellent news. I will revise my review when an update pushes through that repairs this flaw.
