    Companies like ours fulfill orders in multiple boxes. And carriers support multiple boxes in a single shipment (a consignment) with a single consignment cost.

    I found a solution in your FAQ as to: purchase a label for the first box, then purchase a label for the second box. Obviously I’m missing something here, because I know you wouldn’t have me purchase 2 labels (2 consignments) for one shipment.

    Instead, I need to configure a single label “purchase” with multiple packages (of course the carrier will generate multiple labels when I purchase and print. For example marked as: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and 3 of 3). How do I enter this second package when creating my label with Shippo?

    Update: It looks like a 3 box shipment costs triple using Shippo because it can only be done by creating 3 waybills. For those of you interested in this topic, I have learned this response from them:

    Unfortunately, multi-package shipments are not available in the Shippo web app at the moment, I apologize for the inconvenience! You can, however create multiple labels for the same order although they wouldn’t produce a common tracking number.

    To create multiple labels for an order please follow the steps below;
    1) On the Orders tab, click “Create label” next to the order in question.
    2) Break down the weight and size of your order based on the separate packages. For example, if you have a shipment whose total weight is 10 lbs, first create a label for the first package with the weight of that one package. Put in the dimensions and weight for the first package only and purchase your label.
    3) For the second package, find that same order on the Orders page, click the drop-down arrow next to the “Print Label” button, and select “Create Another Label.” This time, enter the remaining weight and dimensions for the remaining package.
    4) Repeat as necessary for however many labels you need to create.

    Currently you won’t be able to purchase a single label for multiple boxes, you can only create labels for each box separately or combine them into a bigger box and send as a single box.

    We have logged a task to add support for ability to ship multiple boxes with a single label.

    We will also add your instructions to the documentation, thanks for the steps.
