Shipping Zones>”Zone Regions” – Nothing shows up when I type

Is this happening for any location that you type into the box? What region were you looking for specifically? Any screenshots would be very helpful in this, as you mentioned it does not appear to be happening on other WooCommerce sites.

Would you mind sharing a copy of your site’s System Status report?

You can find it by going to WooCommerce ? Status Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in reply.

I am just trying to create a United States zone. I found the exact spelling/format used by WC on my other sites (“United States” not USA). I have also tried “California” “Nevada” and so forth with no results. I believe zip code entry is still working, but that just wouldn’t suffice to plug in the entire country.

Should I try reinstalling the plugin? Will that delete any of our shop/products?

Or is there a manual way I can set shipping zones up, say in functions.php. No luck searching elsewhere on any of this.

Can you check what you have selected under WooCommerce → Settings → General, and in particular the Selling Location(s) and Shipping Location(s) settings?

That was it! Thank you so much. One of the admins must have un-selected shipping country at some point. Kicking myself and really grateful for your help with such a silly thing.
