Shipping Zones (Regions) by state or zipcod

    How can i make Shipping Zones (Regions) by state or zipcod? and also how can i make both Cost by Distance working same time? my idea was to use Shipping Zones (Regions) make it cost 100 in the zone and other zone cost by distance 30 per unit distance please help.
    Im using pro license plugin.

    I believe you’ve sent in a ticket for this. Those features are also PRO features and this forum is for the Free version of the plugin, so I’ll close this thread and we can continue the discussion in your ticket

    Shipping region setting not working customers are placing orders from out side of the region which we kept ship only in region option kindly help us
