    Hello everyone,

    I am sure I have had this issue before on another site but I cannot work out what the problem is so any help would be gratefully received.

    We have a shipping zone in Woocommerce which when I have the ‘Zone region’ set to ‘United Kingdom’, it works i.e. when a customer enters their UK postcode into the frontend of the site, the correct shipping options are displayed.

    If however I limit the zone with some postcodes, these shipping options never appear. Even if I enter just the one test postcode into the ‘Zone region’ and use that for testing on the frontend, the shipping options do not appear.

    I can’t understand it as the postcode that I am entering into the shipping zone is exactly the same as the one I am using for as a test customer and as I say, the zone itself works, it’s only when I limit by postcode that it stops working.

    Does anyone have an idea of what it could be?

    I’m not able to reproduce this locally, can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

    When using CB23*, I can see the rate being applied to all of those zipcodes.

    Thank you for your message. I am assuming that you added that postcode to your site and saw the desired result?

    However when I enter one of those postcodes into the frontend, this shipping method is not used. However if I clear the post codes from the ‘Zone regions’ section and then enter the same postcode again in the frontend, that shipping method is selected.

    It does not matter what I enter into the ‘Zone regions’ section in terms of postcodes, that shipping method is only selected if no postcodes are entered.

    I understand your concern about the shipping options not appearing when you limit the shipping zone by postcodes. This is indeed a puzzling issue.

    From your explanation, it seems like the system might not recognise the postcode correctly when it’s entered in the “Zone region”. Here are a few things you could check:

    1. Make sure that the format of the postcode you’re entering in the ‘Zone region’ matches exactly with the format used by your customers. For example, if your customers are entering the postcode without any spaces, you should do the same.
    2. Check if there are any spaces or special characters before or after the postcode in the ‘Zone region’. These can sometimes be hard to spot but can cause the system to not recognize the postcode.
    3. Ensure that you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce. If not, please update and check if the issue persists.
    4. Try disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce to check if there’s a conflict with another plugin.
