Your feed is refreshing again so thats the good part but it still only shows the free shipping cost. How do these setting show for you?

Is it possible to have someone from your end get access to look directly? Are we at an end of what we can do here?

According to WordPress forum guidelines it is absolutely forbidden to offer access to your WP-admin dashboard so we can’t do that.

In the mean time we did push out a new release with some shipping changes in it. Are you on the latest version and is the issue still there?
