Shipping zones have all disappeared

    I haven’t touched the shipping zones in a month. Now i need to remove a free postage offer they all seem to have vanished. I have a test site so I trying to replicate plugin updates etc.. I have no theme changes etc..
    I tried different browsers but they still are not there.
    It all works from the customers point of view. Still urgent.
    Latest wordpress 5.3.2 and all up-to-date. Using a base of storefront.
    I have seen other posts but no solution stated.

    I had added a plugin called “Smush”. I deactivated that and my shipping zones came back.
