Shipping Zones as Cities

You could do that simply by creating each state as a separate shipping zone.

Oh so you’re suggesting me to create Zones on the basis of provinces names and then add cities to them?

At the moment, shipping zones can be restricted at the country OR post code level, but not at the city level.

@nazreenexe ‘s solution above will only ever match the “Pakistan” region as a whole – the “title” of the zone itself (e.g. Punjab) isn’t matched during checkout.

Moving forward, you’d need to consider using one of the following:

• Configure shipping regions based on the postcodes used for in those cities; OR
• Consider using 3rd party plugin to create zones based on the divisions (i.e. states/provinces/counties) of Pakistan
• Use a shipping *method* that allows you to define shipping rates by city – https://timersys.com/woocommerce-shipping-rates-by-city/docs/
