Shipping zones

Hi guys ??

I am currently experiencing something strange with my shipping zone and I cannot put my finger on it.

I have 6 shipping zones based on our shipping plugin Colissimo. I have set up all the pricing and weights where necessary. The shipping zones only work when I type in a France address, as soon as I type in any other address around the world, the shipping methods do not show but I get a notification saying that the address entered corresponds to a specific zone (screenshot attached) https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjA4ug1_S7cNlC_xehWn9pYaOWyL?e=UM5jpl

Do you have any idea what the problem could be?
