Thank you for sharing the System Status Report. I don’t see anything obvious there that should be causing the reported behavior:

i cant add my shipping zone,also cant select to specific country to sold,cant add my shipping zone name,zone regions,shipping methods, save changes its not working

Thanks for the provided screenshots! I can’t see any visible error however, I am guessing that shipping is not being displayed after saving it!

One issue with that might be the setting under WooCommerce > Settings > General > Selling location(s)

Can you please change that to Sell to specific countries instead of Sell to all countries, except for…?
