Hi @oscargare – Sorry, I’ve just noticed one side effect from this.

GBP & EUR prices are showing correctly in the checkout (and calculating VAT), but the USD price is now incorrect.

We have 3 currencies (GBP (default), USD & EUR).

We set the price manually for all 3 currencies:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/kxu3z2tplz6i3mp/Screenshot%202016-09-20%2012.21.40.png?dl=0

(Sorry for bad screenshot – 2 of us were on the same page and there’s a modal overlay! It is of the product screen in wp-admin)

    GBP 99
    USD 129
    EUR 119

Customers pay 20% VAT in UK & EU, and 0% tax for USA, as also configured in WooCommerce:

    https://www.evernote.com/l/AOPhcAcBAVlJN5USq_NoCDpEm9DewSFR31s

The price in GBP on the checkout is £99, which is the correct price, inc VAT @ 20%

The price in EUR on the checkout is £119, which is the correct price, inc VAT @ 20%

The price in USD on the checkout is $107.50, rather than $129, inc tax @ 0%

$107.50 * 20% is $129, which is the VAT rate.

So it’s as if the US tax rate is using another value, perhaps…

    Thank you!

    Hi,
this issue is relate with Prices Entered With Tax option, if you have selected “I will enter prices inclusive of tax” and your shop base location is UK then WooCommerce subtract tax rate for UK and add tax rates for US:

    129 inc tax * (1 + 20% UK tax rate) = 107.50
    107.50 * ( 1 + 0% US tax rate) = 107.50

    (@oscargare)

    Sorry:

    129 inc tax / (1 + 20% UK tax rate) = 107.50
    107.50 * ( 1 + 0% US tax rate) = 107.50

    Hi @oscargare

Thanks for your reply. You are indeed correct – I misunderstood the default behaviour of WooCommerce.
