Shipping with VAT

Thanks for creating the plugin.
I think I’ve found a small issue with calculating VAT on a shipping price that’s been converted.
We have a product for which the shipping cost is ￡8 + VAT. We ship to Europe, and have set GBP to EUR conversion rate as 1.2.
“Enabled currency conversion to “Flat Rate” And “International Flat Rate” is enabled.
The numbers should look like this
Shipping price ￡8
+ VAT (20%) = ￡9.60
+ GBP > EUR (20%) = EUR 11.52However the shipping is showing on the checkout as EUR 11.20 which equates to 16.67% – so SOMETHING is getting applied, else it would be EUR 9.60… it’s just incorrect by EUR 0.32
All tax is configured correctly @ 20%. The shipping methods are flat rate.
Adding VAT on it’s own (by disabling GBP > EUR conversion for the country we are testing with) calculates correctly (￡9.60).
Not adding VAT to shipping, but converting from GBP > EUR only calculates “correctly” (EUR 9.60).

Any pointers you can provide to help troubleshoot this further would be greatly appreciated.
