    Hello,

My business involves the distribution of products from our central office to a number of our sites across the country. Our private store will be solely accessible to our own staff.

I’m currently exploring options for implementing a free shipping option for staff placing orders within the company. Under this setup, the cost of shipping would be borne by our head office, responsible for order fulfillment, all while ensuring that TNT labels are generated for the shipments.

Just wondering how I might go about setting up this system?
    Thanks.

    Hello @benjaminjones,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I’m currently exploring options for implementing a free shipping option for staff placing orders within the company.

The easiest way I can think of to achieve this is via a free shipping coupon and restricting its use to staff emails. If you have company emails, it’s even more advantageous. Rather than individually adding each staff email address, you can simply add *@yourcompany.com.

As for printing a TNT shipping label, you can find many WooCommerce extensions out there on how to achieve this. Here’s one for example https://www.pluginhive.com/product/woocommerce-tnt-shipping-plugin-with-print-label/

If you have any questions about how it works, please get in touch with PluginHive team directly: https://www.pluginhive.com/support/

    Hope this helps!
