• Hello,
i am using a plugin for weight based shipping costs and when i check the xml file generated by your feed pro plugin i find out that the format of shipping weight is like this :
    <g:shipping_weight>0.001</g:shipping_weight>

which doesnt include the weight unit ! like the google format
How can i fix this please?

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

When the unit is the same for all your products you can fill in the unit in the suffix field on the field mapping section of the plugin.

thank you so much for your quick answer, i want to know also about the shipping label , i coundt define it so i could make different shipping rates in google merchant..
by the way im using WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping plugin

    Hi,

You should create a custom field or attribute in WooCommerce which you can use for this on your product edit page (or use your shipping classes for it), make sure it is filled on your product edit pages and that you map that new attribute to the shipping_label field on the field mapping section of our plugin. That will result in the shipping labels being in your feed. You then need to configure those shipping labels in your Google Merchant Center too. How can i create this global attribut and bulk add it to all my products is there anyway please?

    Hi,

Our plugin does not have a bulk edit feature but perhaps there are other plugins (we don’t know them) who can take care of bulk updates/inserts?
