Shipping Template

    Hi

    I’m trying to use a different shipping template (already created on Amazon) for a WP Lister for Amazon profile. I followed the post on your website about adding a shipping template and followed the instructions about that it needs to be exactly the same name.

    Let’s say my shipping template in Amazon is exactly “Heavy Products” and I placed exactly “Heavy Products” on the Shipping Template box under the Offer option in WP Lister for Amazon but when I go to my products in Amazon, they’re all with the default shipping template instead of the one I applied on the profile.

    Am I doing something wrong? Are some characters like spaces not allowed?

    P.S.: This is only happening in variable products and as long as I can see, the shipping template is being applied to the variations but not for the main ASIN.

    Hey @naturalworldstm

    As long as you enter the shipping template name exactly as it is labelled on Amazon in the listing profile it should work.

    I have not heard of this issue from any of our other users, so we would likely need to have a closer look at this for you.

    Maybe you could open a ticket here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ – provide us with a link to a feed that is having this problem and a screenshot of your listing profile with the shipping template added.

    Well, it looks like all I had to do was to write this post because now the shipping template is working in all of my products… The only thing is that the main ASIN (for variable products) remains with the default shipping template but that ASIN is not buyable so no problem, the buyable ASINs (variations) have the shipping template I assigned in the profile.
