Shipping tax on big products

    Hello. I have a store where I sell small and big weight products (doors/stoves).
    I sell only in Romania and for the moment I only listed the small items like 0.5kg to 5kg
    For shipping I have:
    1.Tax 20Ron/order if is under 300Ron
    2.Free if is over 300Ron

    And now I want to list the big items with heavy weight but after I implemented a Class Shipping for 100Ron/door (for exemple). When I tested it I added 2 doors in the basket and at the checkout I had the 200 shipping method and I had the option to switch to free shipping because the total amount was over the 300ron/order. How can I implement tax for big products so my clients cant switch to free shipping even if the amount is over a certain amount.
