Shipping Settings for WooCommerce / WooReer

I’m trying to set up the following shipping options for my store. I have the WooReer plugin installed. I’m just not sure how to make it work right.

1. All of US:
   • Orders Under $75 – Standard Shipping of $4.99 
   • Orders Over $75 – Free Shipping 
2. Within 30 miles of the Store (can pick any of the 3)
   • Pick Up In Store
   • Standard or Free Shipping same as above. 
3. 10 Miles to 20 Miles of Store (can pick any that apply)
   • Orders over $50. Delivery for $5.00
   • Pick Up In Store. 
   • Orders Under $50
     Standard or Free Shipping same as above
4. Within 10 Miles of Store (can pick any that apply)
   • Orders Over $50:  Free Delivery
   • Orders Under $50:  $5.00 Delivery
   • Any Order Amount: Pick Up In Store 
   • Standard or Free Shipping same as above.

Are these options possible? I’ve set zones, free and standard shipping, and WooReer, but I can’t seem to get it to work properly.
