    Hi

    This plugin is brilliant, worked first time.
    I just have an issue with shipping costs.

    In shipping i have ZONE NAME / United Kingdom / Royal Mail / Flat Rate
    Then the price is not entered cost at the top, but there are 3 shipping class costs set.
    Handbags £4.99
    Scarves £2.99
    Purses £2.50

    I have then set 3 rules.
    If Category contains Handbags then Shipping Price is £4.99
    If Category contains Scarves then Shipping Price is £2.99
    If Category contains Purses then Shipping Price is £2.50

    In Mappings, do i need to set (shipping_label) to the value Shipping Price ?

    Many thanks

    I’ve found the start of the problem.
    The feed is not mapping the woocommerce shipping zone or classes.

    <g:availability>in stock</g:availability>
    <g:price>GBP 30</g:price>
    <g:google_product_category>3032</g:google_product_category>
    <g:sale_price>30</g:sale_price>
    <g:shipping/>
    </item>

    I have g:shipping mapped to Shipping Price

    Also, I have UK shipping set to £2.99 in Google Merchant.
    Should I leave this or remove it?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out.

    Unfortunately the rules you created will not work, our plugin does not support those rules. You will probably need an advanced shipping plugin that lets you define shipping costs per category.

    Anyhow, when you do add shipping details to the feed than you need to remove the ones you have created in Google’s Merchant Center. This also goes the other way around.

    All the best,
    Eva
