    This would very well be a theme issue. Does this issue happen in regular WP.org theme?

    Yes, it does the same thing with WP’s 2014 theme.

    It sounds like this is working as designed. When shipping same as billing is un-checked there are fields available for the shopper to be able to enter a shipping address.

    When checked the billing fields are submitted to the payment gateway as the shipping fields.

    Well, I don’t think so. ?? ALL the information is gone when i click the ‘same as billing’ check box. There isn’t even a submit button anymore after that.

    I just did a test on WP.org 2014 theme. Please see https://dl.getdropbox.com/u/1184399/Jing/2014-10-09_0622.swf As you can see, All the information is “gone” as in the plugin hides the shipping information. However I still am able to purchase the item as I can get into the transaction results page.

    Can you try testing with all plugins but WPeC enabled?

    Did you modify your 2014 WPeC theme? If you do, we can’t guarantee compatibility since we don’t know what you modify.

    hello, Ray. Well, is there a way i can email you a scan of what the screen looks like? ALL the information is wiped off the page. ALL of it, including any kind of button to go further in the process. ???????

    As I was saying, this could very well be a theme issue. Have you try switching your theme to default WP.org theme and see if you can replicate the “dissapearance”?

If you want, you can sign up through that page and then I will look at your screenshot. Although at through all the information that you gave me, I think the problem is theme/plugin conflict.

    Yes, i tried changing to a WP.org theme, the 2014 theme, and still had the same problem. I will go to the courtesy support site…………….
