    I just updated the plugin to version 2.00 and all the shipping rules that I had created have disappeared!

    It took me ages to get the rules set up just right (there were at least 8 of them) and now I’ll have to try and get my developer to retrieve them from backup. Not good ??

    But I just want to make sure that this isn’t going to happen again with future updates.

    We have just now pushed a new version which has the fix for the above problem. The version is 2.0.1.

    Can you please install this version and confirm to us that it is working at your end?

    Hi,

    Ok, so I waited to have my developer go through my backup to get all my shipping settings back. I noticed there was an issues with the “Rest of the world” option not recognising countries that should have been included.

    So I applied the update 2.0.3 hoping it might fix the issue and all my settings except 1 has disappeared again!!!

    I was considering upgrading to the pro version before all this happened, but not if I don’t have the confidence that the plugin is going to work correctly.

    Also, I previously had two shipping options for customers to choose from, flat rate and express. When I setup these options again, only the most expensive option appears at checkout.

    Regarding the settings disappearing, would it be possible for you to raise a ticket here so that we can help you?

    Regarding showing more than one shipping options in cart/checkout page, as of now, you can display one option using the basic version. In the premium version, you can show as many options as you want.
