Shipping Rules not Saving

As I understand you are not able to update the shipping settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping because they do not save, correct?

And you already tried deactivating all plugins but WooCommerce and the issue persists, right?

Have you tried doing this from a different device or browser?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

Could you please open the Console in the browser by Right Click → Inspect ( in Google Chrome).
Then try to create a Shipping Rule.
I want to check if there are any JS errors in the backend.
If you see any warnings or errors, share a screenshot with me.

However, after checking the log, it seems there’s a JavaScript error occurring when you try to save the shipping rule. This issue might be related to a conflict with your theme or another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

• WooCommerce transients – Clear
• Expired transients – Clear
• Clear template cache – Clear
• Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
• Clear customer sessions -Clear

Next, please clear your browser cache, disable all the browser extensions or check in the private/incognito window again.

I’ve determined that ShopEngine is the plugin that is not working properly with Weight Based Shipping. Thank you, this was helpful. I’m still running into the problem of shipping not being taxed properly as my enabled automated tax rates seem to be overriding the tax on shipping and never allowing me to tax shipping even though I have rules that say I want to tax shipping. I started another forum thread about this. I’ve used multiple tax rate plugins and they all seem to be having the same issue.
