Shipping Reminder

We have some clients that have subscriptions on their WooCommerce stores. They would like a reminder n days before they are supposed to ship the order. The problem is that Woo doesn’t recognize them until they are processing – which doesn’t allow much lead time for packing.

Is there a way (or a plugin) that will detect this and let the store owner know – “pack order #123 on Wednesday for shipping on Friday” or something to that effect?
