Shipping rates show in USD not in the store base currency

Let’s take a look at how you have this set up. Can you share screenshots of all your shipping settings, please? (A small request, if you have your interface set to korean, can you temporarily switch it to English for the screenshots? Or use your browser’s translation feature if possible, please!)

I have reviewed the System Status Report you shared.
There I noticed that you have two currency-switching plugins active at the same time.
– FOX Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce
– CURCY Multi Currency for WooCommerce

Having two plugins that perform the same function can lead to conflicts and strange behavior on the website. Therefore, I recommend removing one of these two plugins.
Once you have resolved this conflict, I will test your website again for shipping costs and see how it works.

Those plugins have been removed already and the issue still remains.

Can you please share a screenshot from WooCommerce > Settings > general so we can take a look?

Also, I see you have an outdated version of WooCommerce.

We recommend keeping everything updated. Regularly updating everything helps maintain your site’s security, performance, and compatibility while ensuring you benefit from the latest features and improvements.

Now, the status of the error has been changed a little bit.
To remind you of the condition of the issue, I’ll summarize it again.

I have two shipping zones;
A. General area of the country
B. Specific area with postcode list

I used to have the same issue in both area that shows 7 KRW.
But now, zone A is working fine. I don’t know what made the situation different.
I tried several things, includes changing the order of the ‘Shipping methods’, but basically nothing has been changed. But it works anyway. (I’m sorry, but I really couldn’t find the reason)

And with zone B,
the issue persists:
issue 1. It is still 7 KRW.
issue 2. And when the total is under 30,000 which means it shouldn’t have the free shipping option.

Following are the screenshots:

We have a known bug regarding free shipping we are currently working on that might be connected to this. Do you mind running a test and letting us know the results so we can confirm if it is the same issue or not?

• Delete the Zone B shipping
• Create a new shipping zone
• Set it up as you have Zone B now, but add the minimum value as 30000, not 30,000
• Save it and test it
• One important thing is to make sure that after you save the shipping settings, you don’t open it again (the bug is related to re-saving them)
