    Hi all. I hope somebody understands what i’m talking about and can help. For some reason, on one of my sites, shipping rates are not showing up on the checkout page. I’m not sure why.

    Second issue is that on the checkout page, address location is not working really. For example on cart page if somebody chooses Canada then a new drop down appears for provinces in Canada. However if that same customer would skip straight to the checkout page and choose Canada as a country the provinces thing doesn’t show.

    Most people are checking out just fine from all over the world but some are getting stuck. I’m guessing some are using the cart page for calculating shipping and that carries over to the checkout page but for those who go straight to checkout page – they are having issues. So what exactly is going on? Are customers supposed to go to the cart page first no matter what? What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

    To take a look, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? It is on WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
