    Hi, I’ve configured UPS key in my page, but I’m still getting “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”. Here is the troubleshooting:

    • Check the API status and make sure that you are connected: https://ibb.co/m4209hq
    • Make sure that UPS account currency matches the shop’s currency. They should be the same. They are both in USD
    • Make sure that you have weight set on your WooCommerce products. Plugin uses weight to calculate the shipping rate. The first product that I’m testing is with 1.2 kg
    • Check you shop’s address and the shipping receiver’s address. Make sure that selected UPS services are available for these zipcodes. You can check the availability of the services on the UPS site: https://ibb.co/9hKLtGh

    So, i want to know if you can help me to detect where could the error be.

    Hi @mrbcarrion,

    Thanks for reaching us. To be able to help I would need some additional information. Can you please send me a screenshot of your shipping zones? To do that please navigate to:
    WooCommerce>Settings>Shipping>Shipping zones
    I would also need a screenshot showing Your UPS shipping method settings.
    For that, please select the shipping zone where You added the UPS shipping method. Next, click on your UPS live rate shipping method.

    Thanks for the screenshots. Your settings look correct and I’m getting the UPS rates on the checkout when I’m using the same settings and zipcodes as You did.
    Therefore, can You please enable debug mode for the UPS plugin? To do that, navigate to the UPS plugin settings page and select the debug mode checkbox.
    Now, You will see the additional information above the cart and the checkout once you log in as admin. Use the same zip code and product.
    Let me know if you see any error messages on the red background.

    I would also like to ask if you have other shipping zones set up besides the US Zone.

    Hi, the debug mode shows me: UPS Live Rates: Failure: Invalid Unit of Measurement for the given country (111057), I have to use pounds, right?
    And no, that’s the only zone.

    That was the problem, I was using kilograms instead of pounds, anyway it’s solved. Thanks for your time.
