The UPS shipping options are not showing on the checkout page. I’m currently also using Flexible Shipping and it is the only one that shows properly.

I’ve connected the OAuth Rest API and the connection status is “OK”.

I’ve also enabled some UPS Services and saved changes.

I’ve enabled the Shipping method within the Shipping Zones for UPS Live Rates but still nothing works.

Refer to the image that shows info when opting for debug mode.

As a follow up detail, is there any conflict if we’re using a different currency other than USD in the UPS account? Let’s say the UPS account uses SGD as the main currency, will that affect anything?

    Hi,

The UPS API returns rates in the currency of the sender’s country. So the store currency must be the same.
If you expand the UPS API response by clicking Show Response, you will see the rates and currency returned.

    Best regards

    Hi,

I’m not sure what to do with the information in the API response. I get that there are two separate currencies SGD (main currency in UPS) and USD (currency used in the WooCommerce WordPress store). Additionally, when the customer’s shipping zone is in Singapore, the store currency will use SGD as the store’s currency resulting to a debug message saying “UPS Live Rates: Multi currency is supported by Flexible Shipping UPS Pro version only!”

In any case, would there be anything I can do to fix the issues without getting the PRO version of the plugin or would having a PRO version of the plugin solve all the issues we’re experiencing right now? Like the UPS shipping options not showing on the checkout page, having different currencies being used, and the debug messages saying “No rates added from…”.

    Hi @vinzmendoza123,

for the plugin to use the rates returned by the API, the store currency must be the same as the currency returned by UPS. The free plugin does not work with currency switchers.

The PRO version of the plugin works with currency switchers. However, with the PRO plugin, the store’s main currency must also match the currency returned by the UPS API.

If you want to test the PRO plugin, you can do it on our demo: https://demo.octolize.com

I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
