• I’m having a lot of trouble getting accurate rates with this basic plugin. At times it charges the customer more than I am being charged, other times it’s not charging enough….I spoke to Fed ex and they listed several items that need to be adjusted:

    Disable daily pick up
    Address is wrong
Need to add dimensions of boxes to get weight formula correct
Each piece is being calculated as if it needs to be in it’s own box instead of some items grouped together in one box.

I have searched in settings high and low to find a way to change these and add the needed info…but cannot see where this can be done. Is this possible with the basic plugin or must you upgrade to premium to have these features available? It’s costing me some serious $$$! thanks in advance..

    Hi @kyhorsegal,

The basic version of the plugin is meant for small shop owners who have a 1 or 2 products in their inventory. Hence, packing of products happens individually.
And rates will be returned for each package.

So if there are 3 items in the cart, then the shipping will be calculated for 3 items individually.

The premium version has a advanced packing options available like Pack items individually, box packing and weight based packing.
If you would want to pack the items in a single box, then you would need go for premium version.
