Shipping rates MAX only works with "*"

    We are trying your plugin.
    So far it works great and we’d eventually buy it.

    However we got into a snag: when we create a shipping rate, it only works if at max value we specify “*”. If we put in a number, like 8 or 9 or 11… the plugin shall always show up a wrong message stating: “No delivery method available”.
    As soon as we remove the max and put the asterisk back, the plugin works perfectly.

    The plugin is already at the most updated version.

    What can we do?
