Shipping Rates Based on Sale Value (per order or per item)

  • Does anybody have a way to add a flat shipping rate per item based on the cost of that item?

    e.g.
    RANGE SHIPPING COST
    $1-$99 $4.99
    $100-$199 $5.99

    etc..
