    I need shipping rules to do this:
    1. Standard: ￡7.95 charge and then FREE over ￡60 total order(basket) value
    2. On Certain Products -Special Delivery: ￡20 fixed charge regardless of order value or any other items in basket
    3. On Certain Products -Free: Free Delivery on certain items (overridden if mixed with 1 and 2 above)

    Can your plug in do this? Thanks
