Shipping Rate shows as Zero on Confirmation Page

    I’ve seen this mentioned many places but without a definitive solution.

    I see people say that all the time as well.

    Which shipping method are you using? have you set a shipping rate or weight for the product that you are testing?

    One zone, shipping by weight. Before the checkout screen it does show the weight/shipping charge.

    what zone is Florida set to?

    Florida is set to Zone 1 (and the US is set to Zone 1 as well even though I don’t think that is used)

    …and when I turned on taxes the shipping rates started to work.

    I think that might be a bug?

    Can we see the site using the Twenty Eleven theme with all other plugins deactivated?
