Shipping Rate Per Cart Not Per Product

    Hi,

    We have a website setup and things have been working fine but noticed this morning then the shipping rate seems to be working per product added to the cart and not on the cart as a whole, is there any way to change this? I have been through the documents and the plugin settings but can’t seem to find anything relating to this. I’ve noticed that it also doesn’t seem to work on the Order page in the admin if you create an order for someone and allocate shipping it used to work out the rate and now it doesn’t seem to do this any longer.

    I’ve setup a local version of this and updated all plugin and wordpress to the latest and this still does the same thing.

    Any advice on this?

  • You sure the shipping calculation is setup right? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/flat-rate-shipping/#advanced-costs

    If you use a [qty] somewhere it will multiple the costs per item in the cart.

    Thanks, yes it was all setup correctly and had been working fine previously. So not sure why it had stopped all of a sudden.

    I managed to get hold of the actual support at The Courier Guy and they supplied us with a new version of the plugin and that seemed to have sorted it, which is strange cause it had been updated to the latest version of the plugin and tested previously and gave the same incorrect results.

    But thanks for the help anyway.
