Shipping Price should be based on distance, max price can set for free shipping

  • I need the following requirements:
    – Max price can set for free shipping. LIKE total amount is greater than $50 then shipping will be free.
    – Shipping Price should be calculate based on distance if total amount less than $50.
    – Distance price may be more than one.
    – Like if distance up to 10 KM then shipping price will be $5.
    – if distance will be 10 KM to 20 KM then shipping price will be $10.
    – if distance will be more than 20 KM then shipping price will be $15.

    I need WordPress plugin which is fulfill below requirements:
    – Max price can set for free shipping. For Example: Sub Total Amount of Cart is greater than $50 then shipping charge will be free.
    – Shipping Price should be calculate based on distance if Sub Total Amount of Cart less than $50.
    -– Shipping charge may be different based on distance. For Example :
    –– if distance up to 10 KM then shipping charge will be $5.
    –– if distance will be 10 KM to 20 KM then shipping charge will be $10.
    –– if distance will be more than 20 KM then shipping charge will be $15.
    This plugin can fulfill my requirement?
