Shipping price displays in Chrome, but not in Safari/Opera

After the update to 4.2.4 The shipping price has disappeared for some browsers. It works in Chrome, but it’s gone in Safari and Opera. The total doesn’t even include it.
It’s not in the markup, no styles are doing this.
