Shipping price “0” with a custom shipping rate table plugin

    Hi, i am using the “Bolder Elements – WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping” plugin to calculate the shipping prices. Unfortunately all values for the shipping price are “0” in the google feed. I suppose your plugin does not support third party shipping plugins (it would be great you would have mentioned this before i bought it) ? Any way, does it at least support the woocommerce table rate shipping plugin or is it not possible at all to get more complex shipping rates than fixed included in the feed ?

  • Hi Dan,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Our plugin only supports the default WooCommerce shipping features (Flat rate and Free shipping methods). Due to the complexity of the WooCommerce shipping coding we decided not to support any other shipping plugin.

    Now that being said: when you have the zip-file of this plugin available we could do some testing on how our plugin behaves with it and see if we can make it compatible for you.

    Could you please contact me via mail at “service (at) dsc-electronics (dot) de” ? I would like to send you the plugin files of the shipment plugin i use, also as i really need these two plugins to be compatible i would support you with a payment to make these plugins compatible if possible.
