Shipping "Please Choose a Country" Dropdown Menu Missing

Hello! Since updating wp-ecommerce, I’ve been having an issue in my checkout window. Under “Calculate Shipping Cost” on the checkout page, there should be a drop down menu to select the country. However, there is no menu, only the text “Please choose a country below to calculate your shipping costs” and then a box for a zip / postal code. I can calculate a price using a zip code, but my business is based in Canada and I need to be able to input a postal code. Can’t do this it seems without selecting Canada as the country, but I can’t select a country! I’ve had to disable shipping at this point and speak to customers after they buy a product. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
