Shipping options on woocomerce checkout block not working with theme

I am using the WooCommerce default checkout page and the shipping options are not allowing customer to select on checkout page. I am currently using the fashion mart theme but when trying to reach out to their support it isn’t allowing me to login to WordPress account through there login page. Has anyone else had this issue or know how i can reach the developers of the theme ?
