Shipping options on cart page

Greetings,
We are having issues displaying available shipping options on the cart page. If you add the Caroline Raspberry product to the cart, you should see a couple shipping options available (pickup, home delivery, etc).

These shipping options were showing up until a week or so ago, but have since disappeared. Plugins have been deactivated/reactivated to test for conflicts, but nothing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
