Shipping options not working in Chrome

    put anything in the cart, try to change the shipping types and it’s like the radios are disabled.

    Works fine in IE and FF.
    Doesn’t work in chrome Version 50.0.2661.102m

    I also notice that the quantity (up/down) buttons are missing. Any thoughts what could be causing this or what I can do to fix it?

    Would need a link to check this. I’ve seen themes break webkit styling in the past, so do a test on twenty twelve too.
