    Hi there @gazpa,

I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

Here is the System Status Report and here are (I think) the Fatal Error Logs

Thank you in advance for your help,

    Veronica

Hey, @gazpa! Thanks for the information!

When you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, please use the selector to search for Fatal errors, then click view. If there are any errors there, those are the ones to share with us ??

Do you have any custom code on the website?

If there are fatal errors to share, please share them first so we can take a look before moving the the next step. But if there are no fatal errors, please run a conflict test to see if the issue persists.

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

    — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

    — Also, you can consider using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

    — It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can find more about this in this guide.

Please let us know about your findings.

    Have a wonderful day!

Hello Carol, thank you for your support.

I understand but it really worked correctly since years, that’s why I don’t understand what happened.

I already use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, cause my website is running since years.

    Fatal Error here.

    Hi @gazpa,

It is possible that one of your plugins was automatically updated that could have caused the issue.

Just to confirm, were you able to perform a conflict test as @carolm29 had suggested?

In the other hand, the shared Fatal errors and not exactly error, to generate fatal errors. First, you have to enable debug mode; To do that, enable debug mode in?WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Options.?

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hi @ckadenge I’ve already try to deactivate all plugins and test each one, one at a time. But nothing changes.
The debug mode in Shipping Options was already active!
Also: if I put “Local Pick Up” first in woocommerce shipping zones list it shows on cart!!! But if I do this, the other shipping options didn’t show! :-O

    Hello gazpa

    Thank you for your reply.

To assist you further, it would be beneficial to take a look at how your Shipping Zones and Shipping Methods are currently configured in your WooCommerce settings.

Screenshots of these settings would be incredibly useful for diagnosing the problem. Could you please capture and share these from the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Zones area of your backend?

Understanding your setup in detail will allow me to provide you with more specific advice on what may be causing the issue and how to resolve it.

You can use a tool like https://snipboard.io/ to share screenshots with me. Please send over the screenshots when you have the opportunity, and I will get back to you with the next steps to help ensure that all your shipping options are displayed correctly for your customers.

    Have a great day. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi Zubair, thank you!

    This are the screenshots:

The First Shipping Zone in the list is the standard express delivery dedicated to those who live in Venice and smaller islands of Italy – Details: https://snipboard.io/NyAHEb.jpg

The Second Shipping Zone in the list is the standard express delivery all over Italy (with the exception of Venice and the smaller islands) – Details: https://snipboard.io/dYQvGM.jpg and https://snipboard.io/SJU7mj.jpg

The Third Shipping Zone is the Local pick up!

Let me know if you need anything else,

    thank you in advance!

    Hi @gazpa,

The First Shipping Zone in the list is the standard express delivery dedicated to those who live in Venice and smaller islands of Italy – Details: https://snipboard.io/NyAHEb.jpg

I noticed you’ve limited this shipping zone using zip codes but haven’t defined the Zone regions. This might be causing confusion for the system, as it’s unsure which country the zip codes belong to. Could you try selecting your Zone regions and see if that resolves the issue?

The Third Shipping Zone is the Local pick up!

You haven’t defined any Zone regions here too, which is why it’s showing for all regions. This could explain why only the Local Pick Up option shows.

Please note that WooCommerce will only show shipping options from the first matching shipping zone it encounters, and it goes from top to bottom.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello Shameem,

first shipping zone don’t have any problems!

Just the “local pick up” shipping zone is the problem: if I select Europe > Italy before write di ZIP code nothing changes!
Also it worked until a week ago, so I can’t understand what is the problem, also another website I manage got this problem since a couple week concerning Local Pick Up.

    I really can’t understand!

    Hey, @gazpa!

I used the screenshots you shared to try to replicate the issue on my website.

Here are screenshots of my settings:

I got a random address with a zipcode that matched and as you can see on the screenshot below, it worked on my end:

I noticed that your site is sitting behind some security features that requires a password/login to be viewed. This makes troubleshooting from our side very tricky. Rather than sharing the logins here in such a public setting, please create a staging site that’s publicly accessible and that shows the same kind of problem you’re experiencing as on your private site so we can investigate this further.

You can ask your host if they offer this service, or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can find more about this in this guide.

    Looking forward to your reply.

We are doing some maintenance on it.
That’s why it’s not accessible right now.

I understand it worked, but it doesn’t show others shipping options!
I want people to be able to choose if they prefer Express Courier or Local Pick Up.

I will share with you others screenshot (or a temporary login) after the maintenance.

    Thank you in advance

Let us know once you are done with the maintainance.

I understand it worked, but it doesn’t show others shipping options!

It is good to hear that it worked, at least this is a positive step towards fixing the issue.

I will share with you others screenshot (or a temporary login) after the maintenance.

I strongly suggest sharing the screenshots as this is a public forum and the credentials could land in the wrong hands.

Looking forward to assisting you resolve the issue.
