Shipping options not displaying when plugin active

    Hi there, we have an ecommerce site based in Australia. All products are in Australian dollars.
    Recently we installed this plugin to have currency displayed in NZD for New Zealand shoppers.
    When the plugin is activated it doesn’t show any shipping options at all.
