Shipping options not appearing

Hello. Love the plugin, but I have a small issue with it.

When I enable it, the shipping options are not updating after the address is entered. With plugin disabled it works as it should. For example, when postal code is entered, shipping options should appear after ajax update.

I read through one year of support topics, but could not find a solution. Country is enabled and hidden with CSS.
