    1. WordPress: Version 5.0.2, WooCommerce: 3.5.3, Weight Based Shipping: Version: 5.2.2, PHP: 7.1.25.

    2.

https://prnt.sc/m22000 : It is not displayed in shipping cart

https://prnt.sc/m220ej : I have set up shipping zones. Not sure if this overwrites your plugin

https://prnt.sc/m220gz : These are my conditions

    3. I’m testing it with the order:
Item #1: 0.3kg, No shipping class, 60 pieces

    Total order weight: 18 kg
    Order subtotal: <price>
    Shipping destination: Singapore 120112

    4. I expect to see
    — Weight based shipping = $100.80

    5. I do see instead:
    Nothing displayed

    Hello,

    Thank you for the details.

There is one part missing: order subtotal (“Order subtotal: <price>”). Subtotal is the total price of items added to the cart.

I believe, the issue is that you have Order Subtotal condition set while it seems you want to match against total order weight and not subtotal. Try leaving Order Subtotal empty.

    Hello Dan,

Thanks for the replies. It is working now. I do not why I was thinking subtotal as total weight too.

Great plugin. I will purchase it once my site is live!

    Thank you very much!

    Hello Dan,

One more question. The notification of the zones keeps repeating. May I know if I should ask you about it or the theme?

    Here’s the gif.

    Hello,

    Glad it’s helpful!

The “Customer matched zone XXX” message appears due to the shipping debug mode enabled. Check WooCommerce -> Shipping -> Shipping Options -> Enable Debug Mode.

    Hi Dan,

Thank you so much! It works.

I have added more items to the cart to test. However, it is quite strange. When I put 4 items in the cart, 1 item 601 pieces, the rest are 60 pieces, the shipping cost becomes $275.40

    https://prntscr.com/m49vkt

    Total order weight: 360.30 kg
    Order subtotal: 13,084.80
    Shipping destination: Singapore 120112

    4. I expect to see
    — Weight based shipping = $1477.23

    5. I do see instead:
    $275.40

Next, I changed the quantities of all 4 items to 60 pieces each.

    https://prntscr.com/m49y10

    Total order weight: 72 kg
    Order subtotal: 4,158.00
    Shipping destination: Singapore 120112

    4. I expect to see
    — Weight based shipping = $345.6

    5. I do see instead:
$275.40 (It was strange. When I first did it, it was $1k plus. Now it does not change when I changed the qty)

You may add any items as my site is not live yet. Will be live on Friday. By the way, how do the calculations deal with decimals weight if I have stated price per kg?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I don’t see any shipping rule covering 360.30kg order here. Have you updated your shipping configuration since then?

    Hi Dan,

It is working now. I thought that is a default data of infinity. Hence, I did not put any value.

Thank you so much! It is perfect now. Have a good weekend ahead!
