Shipping Options “If -Then”

    I would like to setup shipping as follows for greetin cards. So when a user orders 1 pack then shipping of ￡3.80 is added for the total quqntity. And if 2 or more are added then the shipping cost is set to ￡5.

    Mixed packs of 10 will be sent signed and postage. p+p ￡3.80
    More than 1 pack will be sent signed and postage. p+p ￡5.00

    Is this possiable with the standard package?
