Shipping options don't work in WooCommerce 2.6.1

Hi,
I have just updated my woocommerce and it has messed up my delivery options.

Before I had three options: Flat rate at ￡3.99, free delivery over ￡25 and local pick up. Flat rate and local pick up were available at cart/checkout and when an order was ￡25+ free delivery or local pickup were the options. Now I’ve updated only local pickup is available no matter how much the order. I need to have flat rate an option too for orders under ￡25.

I have set flat rate and free delivery to only certain post codes in the area, and when i put these post codes in the shipping/billing section it doesnt trigger any delivery options so I can rule this out as a reason why the shipping options dont show.
