Shipping options do not appear in cart

Hello,
I have the following issue – the screenshots are fo better reference.
So far I have created multiple shipping zones,with multiple weght based rules. There is another Express one to be added later on.
Decided to makea a test order, the shipping address destination (Austria) is included in two of these zones, please refer to the screenshots in the links below. There are the weight based rules, applied to those Shipping zones, you can see the rates too.
But, on Cart page, only one shipping option appears – BG Post EU (Economy)…. This way the client cannot choose delivery method on his own preference – Economy, Standard or Express.
