Shipping options are not working on checkout page

    Hello!!

    My checkout page is not showing any shipping options after adding the product to the cart. The section where it supposes to display the shipping options keeps on loading.

    However, the shipping options are available on the cart page where we are asked to check the shipping availability.

    I’ve checked my product’s weight, dimensions, and inventory and even tried to use the checkout service on different devices and browsers. But the problem remains the same. Please guide us on how can we overcome this issue.

    As our website is an e-commerce website based truly on Woocommerce and Shiprocket for its functionality and it’s already live. Please help us to solve this problem asap!!

    If you are not ready to help! At least can you tell me where can I get myself older version of the plugin?

    I’m extremely sorry for being rude. But this is not the first time I faced issues with the plugin which is why I know expecting support from your team on this forum and even on your personal support panel is painful.

    So if not the solution please help me get the previous version of the plugin updated a month ago.

    I tried to download the previous version of the plugin from the sales page of Shiprocket plugin. But you guys don’t even provide the older versions like other plugin authors do.

    Please help me through this issue.
