Shipping options and more, help!

I’m working on a solution for a market that sells baskets for both delivery and in-store pickup at one of their 3 locations… so I need to have an option where they can choose the store they want to pick up at or shipped.
Is there a way that this can be done?
Also, one of the baskets has 2 variations in size and there seems to be no way that I can set the weight for shipping on the other sizes…
Is there a fix in the works for this?
Other plugins also have a drag and drop way to organize the product listing… will that be something coming in a future version? My client is very picky and keeps changing his mind on the product order and the current way to set the order doesn’t help me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
