Shipping options

    Hi There,
    just trying to find out if that plug in is the right thing for me and will make my life easier.

    I got a question regarding the shipping options, that isn’t clear to me.
    In order to upload a item to eBay i need to have choose a shipping profile that i have already used on e bay right?
    But actually there are 20 or more options i used on eBay and i can’t see which one is the right one Way can i choose shipping options on the profit and on the item page as well?
    If i add shipping condition on the item and on the profil and use a profit from eBay wich one will be overwritten by which?
    its all very confusing!
    and would like to add a screenshot of my profile page so you can see my problem with the e bay shipping options is that somehow possible?

    Hi @jjnalu,

    There are 2 ways that you can setup your shipping options, return options, and payment options in WP-Lister. For each one you can either –

    1.) Use a policy from your eBay account that was created directly on eBay (For example, a shipping policy is selected either in the edit product page or listing profile. In the listing profile it is labelled shipping policy (beta)) and you can select a policy from your eBay account.) If you don’t see any postage policies you will need to create one on eBay and then refresh your account details.

    2.) Manually insert the values for each option in WP-Lister
    In a recent change, eBay no longer allows you to mix and match these 2 options. You either manually enter the data in for shipping, returns, and payments, or you use policies for all 3. You cannot use a policy for shipping, and manually enter in data for returns and payments.

    Hi Thanks for your quick response!

    i just entered no policy for the shipping payment and return of the good.On the profit page. used on the items page shipping option the option “use from profil”. entered all shipping option (national and international) manually on the profil page.
    And still got the error message (21915469) enter a valid shipping service.

    What do i do wrong?

    its a bit annoying because i spent now hours trying to find out whats the matter….

    Hi @jjnalu,

    Error: A shipping service is not specified. (21915469)
    At least one valid shipping service must be specified.

    This error means that you must provide at least one shipping service in your listing profile. If you don’t see any shipping methods to select have you tried refreshing your account details? You can do this by browsing to eBay > Settings > Accounts > Click “Refresh Details”.

    If that does not work, I’d recommend you to please send us support ticket here https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ (as previously suggested) – so we can properly investigate the issue.
