Shipping only picks up first shipping rate entry

    Hello,

    Can you please stop marking these tickets as resolved when it is not resolved. As discussed in my previous ticket – I have added weight to the products, your plug in is not picking it up. Debugging mode clearly shows the cart weight to be 0 when in fact the total is 1.771 kgs.

    Can I please get some help on this issue, The site is due to go live in just a few days and we need the shipping calculator working by then.

    If your weight is showed as zero on the debugger, your cart weight is zero on WooCommerce. The plugin works without any kind of problem, your problem is generated by your configuration. Please read the tutorials to know how to configure our plugin and WooCommerce products.
