Shipping only picks up first shipping rate entry

Hello,

I’m having a few issues with this plug in, I want to calculate freight on the total weight of the cart. so upto 1kgs is $150 between 1 and 2kgs is $240 etc I have selected the following options:

I’ve added some product to my cart and the total weight is 1.711kgs and therefore I would like it to select the price for 2kgs (the higher option) but it is only showing the price at 1kgs. See screen shot here:

Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong?
